Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

From our base in Hampshire, our service includes full coverage throughout the central/ southern half of the UK, covering Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Sussex, Surrey and London with no additional travel charges.

How many cameras do you use?

As a rule, we only use one camera - we would question the need for a second camera based on having too many and therefore less unobtrusive - having said that - if you feel that you would like to have the option of a second camera - we can of course supply this for an additional charge.

Do you attend the Wedding Rehearsal?

For church ceremonies, we would endeavour to be in attendance for the rehearsal - this helps to understand and identify any restrictions that the church may have over where we may stand during the ceremony. For ceremonies outside of church, there is not normally a rehearsal.

Do we need to supply any meals?

No. We do not expect our clients to provide us with any meals during the day. Having said that - if it were offered, it would be rude to refuse, but please do not feel under any obligation.

How long will the finished film be?

This very much depends on the events of the day - but as a guide, on average films tend to be about 90 minutes long when finished.

Can we have copies of our DVD on Blu-ray?

Yes - as we film on HDV we are able to produce Blu Ray versions of your Wedding DVD. There is a small additional charge of £50 per DVD for this.

What are your payment terms?

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your booking. We will then send out to you a final invoice 2-3 weeks prior and ask that the balance be paid 7 days before the day of the wedding.
